Misty Hills Country Hotel, Conference Centre & Spa in Johannesburg is now fully Wi-Fi enabled and guests can enjoy global communication at their fingertips throughout the property. With 215 rooms spread over eight accommodation ‘villages’ this was no easy feat to achieve. Tall trees, dense foliage and buildings with thick stone walls presented a particularly challenging environment. Using new ‘beam-forming’ technology, the project was completed ahead of the Soccer World Cup and guests at Misty Hills now enjoy quick and easy Internet access, despite the abnormally high Internet traffic experienced over the past six weeks.

The service is free to all residents. Guests can obtain a password at reception or at the business centre, which is also on hand to offer assistance.
