Guvon Hotels & Spas launched its central reservations office based at Guvon House, Randpark Ridge. Themed ‘A whole new ball game’, the cocktail launch embraced the diversity of the Guvon Hotels portfolio and celebrated entering a new level of business excellence and customer service.
“By contacting Guvon Hotels & Spas central reservations, guests immediately connect to the group as a whole,” says Leon Bosch, operations director. “With the diversity of the Guvon portfolio, which caters for any taste, budget or activity, travel agents and conference organisers can accurately match their clients’ requirements. The opportunity exists to generate new ideas and options for guests, to better meet their needs.”
Reta Goosen, CRO manager continued: “The leisure guest now has one call to make to book that perfect weekend away. If your birthday falls on 1 June, we can immediately check availability at all seven destinations and advise of your options accordingly. The same applies for wedding venue bookings. Brides usually have a set date in mind and one call to the 08611 GUVON number will save a lot of time and effort in attaining availability at all the venues, while comparing costs and capacities of each property.”
The launch of the 08611 GUVON number follows the recent acquisition of the Big 5 Plumari Lodge, which has since been rebranded as Askari Game Lodge, as well as The Fairway Hotel & Spa currently being built on the Randpark Ridge Golf Course.
While the new central reservations office is based in The Guvon Hotels & Spas head office in Randpark Ridge, it services the following properties and destinations: Kloofzicht Lodge, Glenburn Lodge, Chicama Country Spa and Bush Willow tented Camp in Muldersdrift, Askari Game Lodge in Magaliesberg, Umbhaba Lodge in Hazyview as well as The Fairway Hotels & Spa on the Randpark Golf Course.
